The Minority Business Enterprise and Consultant Center (MBECC) was established in 2008 in Oklahoma City.   The MBECC was created to help businesses grow to the next level.  We are dedicated to providing technical and financial assistance to existing, emerging, and small businesses across the nation.


Our expert consultants are able to help your enterprise develop and implement a strategic plan which will enable the company to experience high growth by implementing systems to better operations and by marketing to the right clientele.
