The Minority Business Enterprise and Consultant Center (MBECC)
was established in 2008 in Oklahoma City. The MBECC was established to fill a void when the U.S. Department of Commerce elected
not to fund a Minority Business Enterprise Center in the state of Oklahoma. The MBECC is dedicated to providing technical
and financial assistance to existing and emerging minority business across the state of Oklahoma and surrounding states.
