The Minority Business Enterprise and Consultant Center has been dedicated to serving MBE’s in the state of Oklahoma and surrounding states.  Our commitment and dedication will be to provide financial and technical assistance to MBE’s with continued efforts in education, training, marketing and procurement.   The purpose of the Center is to serve the "rapid growth-potential minority businesses" and minority firms within the state of Oklahoma and surrounding states through the provision of business assistance, strategic partnerships, and strategic business consulting.  The MBECC will also provide training and workshop opportunities to businesses.

MBECC also provides various services to non-minority businesses in the areas of business assistance, strategic partnerships, and strategic business consulting.  We are able to assist non-minority businesses in the areas of  Prime and/or Sub-prime contracts.
